Process 2: Domain Name & SSL
- All SSL and Domains are to be purchased and owned by Client, no exceptions
- When applicable, SSL should be implemented through WAF.
- Wildcard SSL are not suggested for production use

| 7.0 | Add CSR to DNS/Private key to WAF | IT Admin | 1-3 business days |
| 7.1 | Notify MOS of SSL completion | IT Admin | 1-2 business days |
| 8.0 | Notification of SSL renewal | IT Admin | 1-3 business days once notification is received |
